She has 15 years of experience working therapeutically across the NHS, private sector, and charitable organisations, both in the UK and internationally. Hannah currently offers private therapy alongside her consultancy role within a mental health charity. She has supported individuals facing a wide range of difficulties, with particular experience in working with complex trauma, interpersonal challenges, and long-standing struggles with low mood or anxiety.

In her therapeutic work, Hannah draws on both personal and professional experience to provide guidance within a warm, non-judgemental space. She works collaboratively with clients, exploring their needs and preferences before introducing ideas informed by a range of psychological models. Her approach is grounded primarily in Schema Therapy, as well as third-wave CBT approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT).

Much of Hannah’s work involves helping clients reconnect with lost values and strengthen the internal resources they already possess.

Hannah currently offers therapy appointments online.
