One of the best trainings I’ve ever attended.

It was a good mix of theory and experiential exercises.

The general buzz of the entire thing was amazing.

Absolutely loved the training, I learnt so much and found the live demonstrations so useful.

The trainers were extremely knowledgeable not only about schema therapy but also about broader issues.

Loved the role plays by presenters and all the live examples.

The presenters created a warm, safe space in which to practice experiential exercises… which was invaluable.
