Olivia is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Qualifications:
- BA (Hons) in Psychology from Manchester Metropolitan University
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (D.Clin.Psych) from the University of Manchester
Olivia is also an accredited Schema Therapist, registered with the International Society of Schema Therapy (ISST).
With over 15 years of experience working in the NHS, Olivia currently holds the position of Consultant Clinical Psychologist, focusing on the development of primary care services for individuals with difficulties related to personality disorders.
Throughout her NHS career, Olivia has worked across a variety of settings, delivering psychological services to individuals facing a broad range of mental health challenges. Since 2014, her clinical work has primarily centered on supporting people dealing with longstanding interpersonal difficulties and emotional distress.
The main therapeutic approaches Olivia draws upon include Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT). Her therapeutic style involves helping individuals understand how early life experiences influence current patterns and using this insight to foster meaningful and lasting change.
Olivia is based in Surrey and offers both online and face-to-face appointments in a central Reigate location.
